What you will do

• Build and execute a holistic community engagement strategy aligned with player experience and marketing goals.
• Maintain an active, positive dialogue with players to foster a welcoming and inclusive community.
• Coordinate with the development team to establish and action player feedback loops.
• Support the studio's creator program by onboarding and engaging influencers through dedicated activations.
• Create written and visual content for social media and community channels in partnership with content managers.
• Define and track KPIs for growth and retention, reporting on community sentiment to inform development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management, player engagement, or creator relations.
• Experience building engaged communities across multiple platforms and diverse regions.
• Proven track record of managing ambassador programs and influencer initiatives.
• Experience with player moderation and conversation management in online environments.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Montreal, Canada.
