Focus on developing new partnerships, improving conversion rates across the funnel, and integrating partner technical systems.

Location: Remote (Reporting to North America directors)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute affiliate and referral marketing plans to drive scalable user growth.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to track program performance and evaluate partnerships.
  • Monitor and optimize conversion rates throughout the marketing and product funnel.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Data teams to implement technical integrations.
  • Align with the Brand Marketing team to ensure a consistent brand narrative.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships negotiations.
  • Proficiency with Affiliate Networks such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects for maximum impact.
  • Experience with the technical integration of partners.
  • English: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Nice to have

  • Lead-generation experience within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive targets and improving ROI and CAC.
  • Hands-on experience using affiliate tracking tools.
