• Drive revenue growth by planning and delivering customer engagement marketing programs.
• Develop full-funnel marketing plans and benefit-led campaigns to achieve strategic banking objectives.
• Lead engagement strategies for credit card portfolios, including product launches, events, and refreshes.
• Collaborate with Customer Journey management groups to execute data-driven action plans.
• Monitor market conditions and consumer sentiment to increase planning agility and budget flexibility.
• Ensure brand compliance and high-performance execution within a highly matrixed environment.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of marketing management experience within a financial services environment.
• Availability to work onsite in Toronto 5 days per week.
• Expertise in driving performance growth via KPIs and product analytics.
• Proficiency with the marketing tech stack and Agile methodology.
• Must be able to work on W2 without requiring employer sponsorship.
