Salary: $101,200 – $129,030

What you will do

• Execute and direct complex tax projects for individual, trust, partnership, and S corporation clients across various industries.
• Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on tax projects and conduct performance reviews.
• Research various tax matters and respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2-6 years of progressive tax compliance or consulting experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and tax returns for partnerships, S corporations, and trusts.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private companies.
• Must be based in the US and able to work hybrid in Los Angeles (at least 3 days per week in-office).
• CPA preferred.
