What you will do
- Provide technical expertise in reservoir, wellbore, and surface network simulation using Volsung.
- Support go-to-market activities and drive global awareness and adoption of flow simulation software.
- Mentor colleagues and customers in best practice applications of modelling tools.
- Develop training modules and deliver webinars to enhance understanding of flow simulation value.
- Collaborate with product strategy and technology teams to develop the software roadmap.
- Engage with industry bodies and present at conferences to increase visibility of ’s solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in geothermal reservoir engineering or modelling.
- Master’s degree or higher in geoscience, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of writing journal/conference papers and presenting in public forums.
- Ability to mentor and provide training in both internal and external settings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a collaborative mindset.
- Must be based in one of the specified offices in North America or Europe.
Nice to have
- Experience with Volsung software.
- Familiarity with TOUGH or Eclipse simulation tools.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
