What you will do

• Provide technical expertise in reservoir, wellbore, and surface network simulation using Volsung.
• Support go-to-market activities and drive global awareness and adoption of flow simulation software.
• Mentor colleagues and customers in best practice applications of modelling tools.
• Develop training modules and deliver webinars to enhance understanding of flow simulation value.
• Collaborate with product strategy and technology teams to develop the software roadmap.
• Engage with industry bodies and present at conferences to increase visibility of hirify.global’s solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in geothermal reservoir engineering or modelling.
• Master’s degree or higher in geoscience, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of writing journal/conference papers and presenting in public forums.
• Ability to mentor and provide training in both internal and external settings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a collaborative mindset.
• Must be based in one of the specified offices in North America or Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with Volsung software.
• Familiarity with TOUGH or Eclipse simulation tools.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
