Location: Remote (Global team, 24/7 on-call rotation with handoff at 11am PT)

What you will do

• Operate and scale production Kubernetes infrastructure with a strong bias toward reliability and automation.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm Charts to ensure consistency across environments.
• Build and maintain secure, developer-friendly CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles.
• Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement durable fixes.
• Enhance monitoring and alerting systems to reduce noise and on-call burnout.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement compliance controls and secrets management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production environments.
• Deep familiarity with AWS (strongly preferred).
• Proficiency with Terraform and Helm Charts for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD systems at scale.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and production debugging skills.
• Ability to participate in a weekly 24x7 on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience operating MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other stateful systems in production.
• Familiarity with security tooling, certificate management, or compliance frameworks.
• Background in SaaS operations with high uptime and regulatory stakes.
• Track record of improving developer experience through tooling and automation.
