What you will do

• Lead full-cycle functional delivery across all phases: Engage, Drive, Enable, Convert, and Optimize.
• Conduct discovery workshops, requirements gathering, solution design sessions, and system walkthroughs.
• Configure NetSuite modules including Financials, P2P, O2C, and Inventory workflows.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and change control.
• Manage data migration strategies, including mapping, template validation, and test loads.
• Collaborate with technical teams on complex system integrations and customizations.

Requirements

• Strong NetSuite configuration experience and expertise in ERP processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Experience leading solution design workshops and producing Solution Design Documentation (SDD).
• Proven ability to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live readiness.
• Must be based in LATAM.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience.
• Industry experience in restaurants, hospitality, or franchise business models.
• Experience with POS integrations (e.g., Toast, Square, NCR).
• Knowledge of SuiteBilling, Advanced Inventory, or Revenue Management.
• Familiarity with integration platforms like Celigo or Boomi.
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant).
