What you will do

• Hire, manage, and guide a team of Solutions Architects, providing both technical leadership and career development support.
• Drive complex problem-solving initiatives for strategic customers and serve as a technical escalation point for the SA team.
• Build scalable strategies, improve operational processes, and identify gaps to enable the organization's growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities and improve go-to-market effectiveness.
• Advise high-value strategic customers on security adoption strategies, use case scoping, and POC execution.
• Contribute to thought leadership via conference presentations, webinars, and technical content creation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US East region.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role.
• 3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience.
• Deep technical proficiency with the cloud security industry.
• Proven ability to build and rapidly scale teams within ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Strong executive presence and ability to foster relationships with technical leaders at Fortune 500 companies.

Nice to have

• 5+ years leading solution architect teams through hyper-growth (10 to 50+ people).
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity principles, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated success adapting technical approaches across various customer segments.
