Salary: $145,100 – $200,000

What you will do

• Build and standardize HIL benches with a focus on safety, including E-stops and circuit protection.
• Design, build, and set up test fixtures and maintain lab equipment and tools.
• Provide electrical support for harness and cable builds, debugging, and PCB board rework.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for build procedures and team processes.
• Execute version-controlled test scripts and software to validate controllers.
• Ensure a secure, safe, and clean work environment following all safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of technical experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or similar electronics industries.
• Ability to interpret system architecture diagrams, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency with electronics lab tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and AC/DC power supplies.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and board debugging.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Labview, GitHub, MATLAB, Python, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Skills in CAD and prototype part design (NX or SolidWorks).
• Familiarity with CAN/LIN tools (Vector, Kvaser) and test automation frameworks.
