Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 per year

What you will do
- Resolve complex technical and integration issues via phone and electronic channels.
- Troubleshoot trends impacting functionality, availability, and infrastructure performance.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to manage escalations and communicate root causes.
- Document user problems and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Execute internal and external meetings to facilitate problem resolution.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (indicated by US target salary range).
- Post-secondary education in IT or a related field.
- 1-2 years of SaaS support experience.
- Experience with APIs, OAuth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, and XML.
- Strong technical investigative and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AppDynamics, Rhapsody Integration Engine, New Relic, or DataDog.
- Knowledge of Laboratory/Radiology/Pharmacy Management Systems.
- ITIL principles or Knowledge-Centre Support (KCS) experience.
