Solutions Analyst (HealthTech)

Salary: $55,000 - $62,000 per year

What you will do

• Resolve complex technical and integration issues via phone and electronic channels.
• Troubleshoot trends impacting functionality, availability, and infrastructure performance.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to manage escalations and communicate root causes.
• Document user problems and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Execute internal and external meetings to facilitate problem resolution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (indicated by US target salary range).
• Post-secondary education in IT or a related field.
• 1-2 years of SaaS support experience.
• Experience with APIs, OAuth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, and XML.
• Strong technical investigative and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AppDynamics, Rhapsody Integration Engine, New Relic, or DataDog.
• Knowledge of Laboratory/Radiology/Pharmacy Management Systems.
• ITIL principles or Knowledge-Centre Support (KCS) experience.
