What you will do

• Manage end-to-end visual production across digital, social media, paid advertising, web, motion graphics, video, and print design.
• Create performance-driven ad creative for Meta, Google, and YouTube, supporting ongoing testing and optimization.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video content for campaign launches and brand storytelling.
• Design and optimize web assets and landing pages with a focus on A/B testing and conversion performance.
• Develop scalable design systems and templates for organic social media to support distributed campus teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, performance, and storytelling teams to align creative with campaign goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of professional design experience in an in-house, agency, or production environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital ads, motion design, video, web, and print.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in video editing and motion design using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong web design skills and experience with Figma or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools for ideation, prototyping, or content generation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
