What you will do

• Produce high-output assets for paid social and display channels using modular systems for rapid iteration.
• Translate testing hypotheses into distinct creative variants across various placements.
• Design email templates and campaign assets, balancing brand consistency with performance metrics.
• Build modular email design systems for scalable deployment across segments.
• Own the creative design for direct mail campaigns, including envelopes, inserts, and self-mailers.
• Steward the visual identity of Bankrate and maintain organized design files for clean handoffs.

Requirements

• Proven track record in performance design with direct accountability to performance metrics.
• Multi-channel fluency across paid social, email, display, and landing pages.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects or Premiere).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience building modular design systems and asset libraries.
• Active use of AI tools to create leverage in the visual design process.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email implementation.
