Salary: $250,000 - $275,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of brand strategy and shape the company's first brand campaigns.
• Partner with product and growth marketing to position the responsible AI platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and manage external agency partners.
• Oversee the full brand system, including visual identity, motion, digital, and environmental design.
• Concept and art-direct emotionally resonant campaigns across advertising, recruiting, and events.
• Translate complex business goals and technical concepts into clear, compelling creative work.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in art direction and brand design in agencies or high-growth in-house environments.
• Portfolio showcasing mastery in branding, interactive web/mobile design, and video for complex technology.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts (e.g., data governance) into innovative branding experiences.
• Experience building and leading high-performance creative teams in fast-paced environments.
• Located in San Francisco and able to work onsite 4x/week.
