Salary: $200,000 - $236,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Drive technical strategy for the largest and most complex deals, partnering with Sales Leadership.
• Lead discovery, solution design, and executive conversations to connect the platform to business priorities.
• Own the technical win by shaping success criteria, guiding POCs, and running competitive bake-offs.
• Advise global enterprises on AI-era observability, modern operations, and software engineering best practices.
• Instrument applications and unblock technical issues directly in real customer environments.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and DevRel to sharpen the go-to-market motion and influence product direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical experience in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of winning complex, high-value deals with sophisticated buying committees.
• Hands-on fluency in modern cloud environments, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and API-driven architectures.
• Strong working knowledge of observability, distributed tracing, and OpenTelemetry.
• Must be eligible to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or transfers are provided.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for customer engagements and internal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or Command of the Message frameworks.
