What you will do

• Develop customer-facing features across the full stack, from the account experience to the underlying money movement.
• Collaborate directly with founders and designers to take features from rough ideas to shipped products.
• Implement payments, FX, yield, and treasury features on rails that settle 24/7.
• Integrate with onchain infrastructure and a wide network of Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
• Own system performance, correctness, and edge cases critical to financial transactions.
• Contribute to product shaping and decision-making regarding what gets built.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping customer-facing products end-to-end.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript and React with comfort working across the full stack.
• High level of ownership and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional product taste with a focus on UX, speed, and polish.
• Ability to execute rapidly without sacrificing code quality and craftsmanship.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, payments, or domains where financial correctness is critical.
• Familiarity with Solana, smart accounts, or stablecoins.
• Experience with the Tanstack ecosystem or building and maintaining design systems.
