What you will do

• Implement and maintain features across the full stack including frontend, backend, infrastructure, and QA.
• Own systems end-to-end from architecture and implementation to deployment and iteration.
• Architect and optimize RESTful APIs and scalable services using NestJS and PostgreSQL.
• Build dynamic, server-rendered interfaces with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Model complex lending workflows such as underwriting, decisioning, and banking integrations.
• Use AI as a primary leverage for architecture exploration, prototyping, and code generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and owning end-to-end products in product-driven environments.
• Strong product judgment and design sensibility with a focus on user outcomes.
• Technical depth in modern frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, NestJS).
• Deep experience with PostgreSQL, schema design, and query performance.
• Must be based in Argentina as part of our remote-first LATAM team.
• AI-native mindset with experience using AI tools in core development workflows.
