Senior Fullstack Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Fullstack hirify.globaler (Node/Go/Rust): Building and optimizing enterprise-grade travel management systems with an accent on account hierarchy, dynamic travel policies, and distributed backend architecture. Focus on migrating from monolith to microservices and designing scalable multi-tenant policy hirify.globals.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Latin America)

What you will do

• Re-architect account hierarchy to support complex parent-child business relationships.
• Build dynamic travel policies for lodging, flights, and cars for enterprise customers.
• Evaluate and execute the transition of components from the monolith to microservices.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders on product decisions and negotiations.
• Partner with frontend hirify.globalers to ship features end-to-end.
• Contribute to a future policies service using compiled languages like Go or Rust.

Requirements

• Strong backend hirify.globalering fundamentals in Node and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with a compiled language (Go or Rust).
• Solid relational database experience (Postgres, MySQL) and distributed systems knowledge.
• AWS and serverless architecture experience (Lambda).
• Must be based in Latin America (Contractor role).
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Ruby on Rails experience.
• React or frontend exposure.
• Prior experience building multi-tenant enterprise systems, permissions frameworks, or policy hirify.globals.
