What you will do

• Design and modernize telephony infrastructure for high call volumes.
• Integrate with telecom providers across the US, LATAM, and Europe.
• Build call handling systems from scratch for both outbound and inbound traffic.
• Develop integration solutions with the AI platform.
• Optimize telecom costs and resource utilization.
• Maintain system reliability and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in VoIP and telephony engineering.
• Deep understanding of SIP protocol, SDP, NAT, and RTP.
• Knowledge of FreeSWITCH architecture and dialplan development using Lua or XML.
• Proficiency in Go language and strong Linux administration (Debian or Ubuntu).
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP and traffic analysis using Wireshark and sngrep.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kamailio, OpenSIPS, or rtpengine.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Node.js for integration services and REST API development.
• Background in voice biometrics projects.
