What you will do

• Maintain and track inventory of testing hardware, including assignments, returns, and lifecycle status.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and translate team needs into clear IT tickets.
• Configure new devices, including OS setup, software installation, security configurations, and user provisioning.
• Perform routine hardware checks, updates, and troubleshooting before deployment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between testing teams and the IT department.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and equipment handling procedures.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in game testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing standards, and the software development cycle.
• Proven experience executing and managing test cases and writing detailed bug reports.
• Experience with JIRA, TestRail, Confluence, or equivalent industry tools.
• Experience running build files using software suites such as Visual Studio.
• Higher education in technology is preferred.
