What you will do

• Conduct functional, end-to-end, and regression testing of applications to ensure reliability and quality.
• Create and maintain test cases, standards, guidelines, and playbooks for testing best practices.
• Document and prioritize critical defects and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with QA leadership and Product teams to understand and refine requirements.
• Generate status reports and low-level documentation for product development groups.
• Mentor junior team members and implement new QA processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of professional software testing experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Strong understanding of software test methodologies, procedures, and the overall SDLC.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Technical knowledge of computers and mobile devices with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Nice to have

• Web and Mobile testing experience.
• QA experience specifically in Social Media Gaming.
