What you will do

• Perform manual and exploratory testing across features and releases within an agile team.
• Own the end-to-end QA process for assigned features, from requirements gathering to final sign-off.
• Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive test cases and scripts to ensure full coverage.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle, including logging, tracking, escalating, and verifying fixes.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to review requirements, identify risks, and create test plans.
• Contribute to overall process improvements to raise the quality bar across the team.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test plan organization, and technical requirements.
• Proven experience writing and executing manual test cases based on project scope.
• Hands-on experience with QA testing for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency with defect management and bug tracking tools, specifically JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) for communication with global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Engine or other interactive 3D tools.
• Background in QA within the games or interactive media industry.
• Experience with backend or API testing.
• Knowledge of building or contributing to automated test procedures.
