What you will do

• Administer and operate distributed messaging platforms, including RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka.
• Manage Apache Spark workloads, focusing on deployments, scalability, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and support distributed infrastructures and critical data environments.
• Implement governance, security, and continuous monitoring practices for messaging and data platforms.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture designs, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and Spark operational management.
• At least 2 years of experience with AMQP, Kafka/RabbitMQ production tuning, and DataOps (Ansible, Terraform, Python/Bash).
• At least 1 year of experience with ingestion systems (Debezium, Apache NiFi) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland, Romania, Bosnia Herzegovina, Serbia, or Germany.
