Location: Hybrid role with office presence in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania
Salary: €3,400 – €4,100 EUR gross monthly

What you will do
- Lead and oversee daily AML and financial crime risk operations, including CDD, EDD, and transaction monitoring.
- Ensure consistent execution of AML/CTF controls in alignment with FCA, EU directives, and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of specialists, focusing on performance, quality assurance, and professional growth.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex, high-risk, or cross-border cases.
- Monitor operational effectiveness through KPIs and KRIs to identify control gaps and drive remediation.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Fraud teams to embed financial crime controls into new product launches and platform workflows.
Requirements
- Practical experience in AML or financial crime operations within a regulated fintech, payments, or marketplace environment.
- Strong understanding of AML/CTF rules and ability to translate them into operational processes.
- Proven experience in building and leading small teams in a scaling business.
- Clear communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Ability to make risk-based decisions and document judgment calls effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling companies.
- Familiarity with multi-country operations and modern AML tooling.
- Background in online marketplaces or payment services.
