What you will do

• Produce creative audio content for hirify.global Radio Lancashire and hirify.global Sounds.
• Pitch original story ideas, guests, and content plans to production teams.
• Manage on-air and set-up production for various radio programs.
• Use video, audio, and digital equipment to research, write, and edit high-professional outputs.
• Collaborate with teams to adapt audio stories for distribution across different digital platforms.
• Work on a shift rotation, including early, late, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Recent experience in audio production with knowledge of creative production techniques.
• Proven ability to develop new, creative, and diverse content ideas.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Sound editorial judgment and a clear understanding of hirify.global values.
• Ability to build and maintain effective professional working relationships.
• Must be based in or able to work in Blackburn, Lancashire.
