What you will do

• Plan, produce, and deliver live breakfast shows for the Hits Radio Network.
• Generate original, engaging content ideas to grow and maintain audience results.
• Collaborate closely with presenters to maximize their on-air performance.
• Manage fast-paced live studio output while maintaining strong editorial judgement.
• Extend show content across social, video, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate guests, features, and competitions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a radio or audio producer.
• Experience working directly with on-air talent and presenters.
• Ability to work in a live studio environment.
• Strong editorial judgement and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Edinburgh studio for early morning starts.
