What you will do

• Improve steady-state and transient performance of internal combustion engines via simulation and testing.
• Support innovative gas engine projects with a focus on performance improvements and cost reduction.
• Perform 1D simulation activities emphasizing turbocharging and gas exchange.
• Conduct in-house testing on single- and multi-cylinder engines.
• Analyze field data and investigation results to provide interpretations and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including controls, design, and mechanical engineering.

Requirements

• Student of Mechanical Engineering or a similar field of study.
• Strong basic knowledge of internal combustion engines.
• Valid work permit for Austria is required.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently within a global matrix organization.
