What you will do
- Assist in the creation and execution of US influencer paid campaigns and unpaid activations.
- Develop and execute pitches for brand news and seasonal angles to beauty editors and writers.
- Manage day-to-day press requests, including sample sends and product information.
- Oversee PR and influencer reporting, tracking performance across platforms like Traackr and DMR.
- Manage brand budgets, purchase orders, and invoice processing for agencies and vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Digital, and E-Comm to support 360° communications.
Requirements
- Must be based in or near NYC with the ability to commute to the NYC office.
- 4-year Undergraduate Degree in Communications or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, or Event Planning.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns and event execution.
- Strong understanding of paid social, usage rights, and creator partnerships.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with beauty or lifestyle brands, specifically prestige/luxury.
- Existing relationships with beauty editors and influencers.
- Familiarity with reporting platforms like Traackr, Ariba, or DMR.
- Foundational understanding of analytics and performance metrics (EMV, reach, UMV).
