What you will do

• Supervise and mentor the onboarding team through regular one-on-ones and performance feedback.
• Hire and train new associates to scale team capacity.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues and team questions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding.
• Manage operational and strategic projects to improve the overall merchant experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Fluent in both Polish and English.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
• Structured approach with a focus on process documentation and data discipline.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
• Natural leadership skills with a focus on delegation and team motivation.
