Operations Client Partner

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

Salary: EUR 23,600 - EUR 31,222 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational partner for clients, facilitating communication between commercial and internal operational teams.
• Manage the timely and accurate resolution of operational requests, including quality performance and new deliverable setups.
• Lead regular operational calls to discuss technical processes, delivery targets, and project progress.
• Proactively suggest solutions for more efficient database production and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to resolve complex client queries and remove obstacles.
• Build and maintain operational trust in data to drive high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client-facing roles with a strong ability to understand and execute client requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business expectations into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must.
• English: Good proficiency required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex operational topics.
