What you will do

• Act as the primary operational partner between clients, commercial teams, and operational groups.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of operational requests, including quality performance and feasibility investigations.
• Conduct regular client calls to discuss technical processes, recommend solutions, and report progress.
• Translate business expectations into technical specifications for operational teams.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to resolve complex client queries.
• Proactively suggest cost-efficient and enduring database production solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in client-facing roles.
• Higher education or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate complex operational topics simply.
