Delivery Manager (E-Commerce)

What you will do

• Own the squad’s roadmap and align delivery with product priorities.
• Lead and grow direct reports through clear goals, feedback, and mentoring.
• Balance features, experiments, technical debt, and bug fixes.
• Ensure team health and motivation.
• Remove and manage delivery-related roadblocks.
• Communicate delivery expectations clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in IT development environment (engineer, product owner, team lead, QA, or similar).
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Accountability for own and direct reports’ work.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
• Degree in IT, engineering, or similar field.
• Knowledge of Proxying/VPNs.
• Experience in people management.
