• Manage the live studio environment, radio desk, and on-air output.
• Research, script, and plan compelling content tailored for a 15–34 audience.
• Support and develop presenting talent to ensure high-quality broadcasts.
• Collaborate with digital teams to drive engagement on hirify.global Player.
• Deliver branded content features and maintain show planning documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a radio producer with a track record of top-rating programmes.
• Strong ability to manage live studio environments and radio desk operations.
• Excellent research, scripting, and show planning skills.
• Deep understanding of the 15–34 demographic and digital content trends.
• Ability to work onsite in London (Leicester Square).
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with presenters and management.
