What you will do

• Perform in-process and final inspections of product lines for conformance to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Conduct visual inspections and test components and assemblies in production.
• Verify calibration status of critical instrumentation and equipment.
• Maintain and record quality testing data within the Device History Record (DHR).
• Initiate Discrepant Material Reports (DMR) for nonconforming materials.
• Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related quality control position.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience with basic dimensional measuring tools and blueprint reading.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
