Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Collaborate with and mentor engineers across the Warsaw office and US headquarters.
• Build and maintain tooling and frameworks to support the delivery of enterprise-grade mobile and web products.
• Manage a variety of systems including CI pipelines, code-signing infrastructure, and deployment systems.
• Investigate and resolve development process pain-points to enhance team productivity.
• Lead and participate in design, planning, and architectural discussions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to triage and respond to critical issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years (for Mid) or 5+ years (for Senior) of software development or DevOps/platform engineering experience.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python, Ruby, TypeScript, or Go.
• Practical experience with CI/CD and SCM solutions like Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with build tooling in mobile (Fastlane, Gradle, Xcode) or web (webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn) ecosystems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native build pipelines and Metro bundler.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with mobile code signing, App Store Connect, or Google Play Console.
• Familiarity with browser-based testing (Playwright, Cypress) or mobile UI automation (XCTest, Espresso, Detox).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Unix/Linux system administration.
• Knowledge of observability tools like Datadog, Crashlytics, or New Relic.
