What you will do

• Handle monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and load testing of cloud-native services.
• Develop automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for customer infrastructure and applications.
• Improve performance and availability of services running in the public cloud.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, including participating in on-call rotations.
• Participate in the development of cloud standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and experience in one hyperscaler (Azure or AWS).
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Experience in OS administration (Linux or Windows).
• Practical knowledge of IaC concepts and tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Fluency in English and legal right to work in Poland.

Nice to have

• Strong troubleshooting skills for infrastructure, distributed systems, and networking.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, Ansible, and GitHub.
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Experience working with Jira, SNOW, or Confluence.
