What you will do

• Develop technical proposal content, including mission concepts, system descriptions, and compliance matrices.
• Analyze institutional and program-level requirements to create traceable technical responses and documented assumptions.
• Coordinate with Mission Engineering and subject-matter experts to ensure internally aligned proposal inputs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into structured material for customers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess technical feasibility, compliance, and risks to support bid/no-bid decisions.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customer exchanges, clarification calls, and Q&A activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in spacecraft/launch vehicle design, systems engineering, or technical sales.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for structured, customer-facing technical documentation.
• Familiarity with ESA or other institutional space programs and their documentation styles.
• Solid understanding of space missions, spacecraft systems, or launch vehicle capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD design and/or mission analysis for spacecraft.
• Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish.
