Systems Engineer (Navigation Satellites)

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering activities between suppliers, subsystem engineers, and the system team.
• Manage requirement flow-down, implementation, and verification processes.
• Perform system-level assessments, trade-offs, and analyses while maintaining technical system budgets.
• Define and document autonomous and ground-based FDIR implementation.
• Prepare and review satellite-level test specifications, procedures, and scripts.
• Generate and validate operational procedures and participate in launch and commissioning campaigns.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience in satellite projects, ideally in subsystem or system engineering and phases C/D/E.
• Confident communication in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively within a team.
• Proactive approach to solving complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in German or other languages.
