What you will do

• Develop, design, and implement manufacturing processes, workflows, and production line layouts.
• Analyze existing processes and implement lean manufacturing tools to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Utilize CAD/CAM software to build models and design technical systems and products.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality control, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residence (required for ITAR/EAR compliance).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds in an industrial environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Solidworks CAD software.
