What you will do

  • Drive the Hydraulics and Hydrology sales motion across SMB Product Sales accounts from planning to closure.
  • Generate demand using social selling, LinkedIn, and professional prospecting intelligence tools.
  • Execute targeted sales campaigns and outcome-based sessions to convert interest into pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop and execute account and territory plans focused on quota attainment.
  • Manage the full opportunity lifecycle within Salesforce to ensure forecast reliability.
  • Translate technical software capabilities into clear commercial value propositions aligned to customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or Hydraulic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in utility and engineering organizations in quasi-technical or business development roles.
  • Bahasa proficiency essential for effective engagement across Indonesia.
  • English: Strong executive-level communication skills.
  • Proven experience in social selling, specifically using the LinkedIn platform.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% to support key accounts and opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Bentley OpenFlows or comparable Hydraulic and Hydrology solutions.
