Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Santa Monica, CA. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $36.25 - $54.32 per hour

What you will do

• Attend mocap shoots and record detailed performance notes.
• Process and ingest video reference and audio capture from the mocap stage.
• Create first-pass edits based on director feedback from mocap dailies.
• Integrate temporary music and sound effects at the request of cinematic stakeholders.
• Iterate on camera edits in collaboration with the Editorial Lead and Cinematic Supervisor.
• Deliver locked cinematics to animation and manage localization handoffs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.
• Knowledge of digital video codecs, file formats, and encoding.

Nice to have

• Experience editing motion capture footage.
• Post-production experience with live-action fiction or documentaries.
• Previous experience working at a AAA game studio or vendor.
