What you will do

• Manage all aspects of store operations while completing an accelerated leadership development track.
• Ensure customers are greeted courteously and receive high-quality customer service.
• Schedule service appointments and consult customers on their specific vehicle maintenance needs.
• Communicate with technicians to establish and meet time commitments for vehicle services.
• Take on additional operational duties to ensure company expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Fairhope, AL, USA.
• High level of motivation with hands-on management skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements: prolonged standing, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
