TL;DR

CEO In Training (CIT): Build leadership capability to run assisted living, independent living, or memory care communities with an accent on immersive operations and clinical care exposure. Focus on driving measurable improvements, learning state senior-living regulations, and developing business management skills under experienced Executive Director/CEO mentorship.

Location: Onsite in Idaho or Utah

Compensation: $80,000+ with opportunity for incentive upon transition to the Executive Director Role.

What you will do

• Complete immersive on-the-job training across operational, care, and administrative functions.
• Shadow department heads and front-line staff to learn the day-to-day rhythm of community life.
• Lead real-time projects and deliver meaningful improvements within the host community.
• Study and apply relevant state regulations and best practices for senior living operations.
• Align leadership and interpersonal skills with Pinnacle’s core values and mission.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in any industry.
• Proven success building and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to inspire, set vision, and deliver measurable results.
• Must obtain any required state licensing during the CIT program (varies by state).
• Open to relocation based on available opportunities.
