CEO In Training (CIT)

Location: Onsite in Idaho or Utah; open to relocation based on available opportunities.

Salary: $80,000+ annually, with incentive opportunity upon transition to the Executive Director role.

What you will do

• Complete immersive, on-the-job training across operational, care, and administrative functions.
• Shadow department heads and frontline staff to understand daily community operations.
• Lead real-time projects and contribute to improvements within the host community.
• Study state regulations and best practices in senior living operations.
• Develop leadership and interpersonal skills aligned with the organization’s values and mission.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in any industry.
• Proven success building and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to inspire, set a vision, and deliver measurable results.
• Must obtain any required state licensing during the CIT program.
• Must be able to work onsite in Idaho or Utah and be open to relocation based on available opportunities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA, MHA, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience in operations, financial management, or business development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a service-oriented approach.
