What you will do

• Shape and deliver strategies to personalize FS offers across the retail journey using the proprietary Sigma IQ engine.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing to unlock insights and drive continuous optimization.
• Design and implement customer-level ML models for segmentation and individual offer targeting.
• Partner with Product and Commercial teams to prioritize high-value opportunities and capability development.
• Build and manage dashboards and MI to communicate product performance to senior stakeholders.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing analytics team.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of experimentation frameworks and the underlying statistics.
• Proven experience building segmentation and targeting models using machine learning.
• Confidence using BI tools like Power BI to tell compelling data stories.
• Track record of leading and developing analytics teams and introducing best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly to non-technical audiences.
