What you will do

• Build and refine credit scoring and risk modeling solutions to assess customer creditworthiness and loan pricing.
• Develop and test ML models for loan eligibility and pricing optimization using A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Continuously improve eligibility criteria by engineering new features and monitoring credit performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and commercial stakeholders to scale models into production.
• Translate complex model outputs into actionable business strategies.

Requirements

• Strong background in building predictive models, specifically credit scoring or risk modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy).
• Experience in model development, validation, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work within UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.
• Strong data communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
