What you will do

• Build and refine credit scoring models to assess customer creditworthiness and default risk.
• Develop and test ML models for loan eligibility and pricing optimization using A/B testing.
• Analyze repayment data to engineer new features and monitor credit performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and commercial stakeholders to deploy models into production.
• Translate complex model outputs into actionable business strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based within UTC-1 to UTC+3 time zones.
• Proven experience building predictive models, specifically in credit scoring or risk analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, and numpy.
• Hands-on experience with model development, validation, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
