What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of paid influencer strategies across EMEA, with primary focus on France and Germany.
• Own end-to-end influencer campaign delivery, from briefing and creator selection through to activation, reporting, and optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent agencies, and platform partners in non-English speaking EMEA markets.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Product Marketing teams to integrate influencer content as a central pillar of go-to-market plans.
• Analyze campaign performance data to improve media efficiency and inform future creator strategy.
• Monitor trends across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms with a focus on European market behaviors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or content-led media, ideally in gaming or entertainment.
• Proven track record of delivering influencer campaigns that drive measurable awareness, engagement, and performance.
• Strong understanding of the EMEA influencer landscape and experience activating in non-English speaking markets.
• Experience managing end-to-end creator campaigns, including agency and talent partner management.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and organizational project management abilities.
• Passion for gaming and the evolving creator economy.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French and/or German.
• Deep knowledge of the French and German influencer landscapes, including key creators and agencies.
• Experience activating campaigns in Spain, Italy, Poland, Nordics, or Benelux.
• Prior experience specifically within the video games sector.
