What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and train influencers using ’s Influencer Marketing Platform.
- Develop and execute bespoke influencer campaigns for brands, managing budgets and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to deliver actionable post-campaign insights.
- Provide strategic guidance to advertisers on influencer marketing objectives and measurement models beyond CPA.
- Create case studies, success stories, and best practice guides to educate the influencer community.
- Represent at industry events and collaborate with internal sales and account management teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within the Influencer Marketing industry.
- Strong pitching, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience working with influencer platforms via an affiliate network (e.g., LTK, Metapic, Stylink).
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in producing aesthetically pleasing marketing collateral with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with affiliate network environments and the evolving creator landscape.
