Data Analyst (Fintech)

hirify.global is a digital bank serving globally operating businesses, including digital asset trading venues, payment providers, stablecoin issuers, and fintechs.

What you will do

• Analyse client revenue, transaction volumes, payment corridors, product usage, profitability, unit economics, pipeline health, conversion, onboarding, and first-transaction metrics.
• Identify at-risk clients and cross-sell or upsell opportunities, and support pricing decisions through scenario modelling.
• Prepare board, investor, and management reporting and defend the underlying figures.
• Design and own the Commercial dashboard layer, replacing manual spreadsheets with live, self-service reporting and consistent metric definitions.
• Build, deploy, host, and maintain internal commercial tools such as client scoring, pricing calculators, lead enrichment, reporting automation, and data quality checks on Google Cloud.
• Use Claude Code and similar agentic tools to build AI-assisted commercial workflows, set usage standards, and apply human verification where needed for client-facing or regulatory outputs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role, ideally in fintech, payments, banking, or a data-heavy commercial environment.
• Strong SQL and the ability to write complex queries against large transaction datasets independently.
• Python for analysis and building small applications and services.
• Hands-on Google Cloud experience, including deploying and hosting applications with tools such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine, BigQuery, or Cloud Scheduler.
• Demonstrated dashboard-building experience with a modern BI tool such as Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Daily practical use of AI coding tools; ability to explain what was delegated to Claude Code or an equivalent agent and what was personally reviewed.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, including modelling and Google Sheets automation, plus strong commercial judgement.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken, is mandatory; English is the working language and analysis must be presented to senior stakeholders and clients.

Nice to have

• Georgian; this is an advantage but not a substitute for English.
• Understanding of payments mechanics, including SWIFT, SEPA, correspondent banking, card scheme settlement, or stablecoin flows.
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar transformation and orchestration tooling.
• Familiarity with CRM data models and pipeline analytics.
• Frontend skills sufficient to build a usable interface, such as React or Streamlit.
• Exposure to digital assets or a regulated banking environment.
