What you will do

• Design, build, and support integrations and automated workflows using the Workato platform.
• Automate business processes by connecting diverse systems and third-party applications.
• Design, implement, and own complex integration solutions across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and provide support for existing integration workflows.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and implement automation needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato.
• Strong understanding of API principles, including REST and SOAP.
• Experience working with databases and query languages such as SQL and SOQL.
• Ability to write custom logic using Workato scripting (Ruby), including formulas and code steps.
• Familiarity with IS systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, or similar.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building custom connectors using the Workato SDK.
• Workato certifications (Automation Pro I / II).
• Familiarity with AWS environments and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience in scalable and secure API design patterns.
• Experience building AI-powered solutions as part of business processes.
