What you will do

• Build and manage close relationships with allocated B2B clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop solutions and influence the strategic direction of clients to drive growth.
• Lead processes between clients and in-house developers to organize and simplify technical requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all deadlines and client criteria are met.
• Oversee the customer relationship lifecycle and software release management.

Requirements

• English: C1 level proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) and PivotTables.
• Professional experience in Project/Account management and software release processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to remain composed during conflict and work with minimum supervision.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of API integration.
• Experience in product delivery management.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry.
