Commercial WIP Manager

What you will do

• Manage the full lifecycle of job opening and closing processes.
• Ensure timely billing and adherence to client and internal financial processes.
• Review open POs, WIP balances, and FX gains/losses to maintain financial health.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers and client teams to review open jobs and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with ICFR regulations and internal audit requirements.
• Assist in resolving debtor issues and managing net working capital provisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK
• Experience in billing, WIP, and Net Working Capital management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Media or service-oriented business experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
